   I stare out the window into the dark night sky and wonder, what has happened to the sun? Where is the warmth I used to feel? The love I need has vanished with the great sun in the sky.

   Where he is now, I can only wonder and dream of. Will he remember me as I fade into the night? Or will he seek comfort in another’s embrace?

   It is as if I shall always be the shadow, always a step behind, but I shall always follow, in hopes of one day catching my true love.

    I shall chase after the ‘happily ever after’ ending all wish for, like the moon follows the sun, until the end.
