With the pale glow of the moon,
The sounds of sleep echo,
As if night itself were but a dream.

In this illusion of night, I wait for you,
You didn't think I would,
You thought that I would find another.
I told you I'd wait, but you never believed.

I don't know why I wait,
Some would say its for love
But not me.
I would say its for need.

I need to be by your side,
Forever and Always.
Some call that devotion
Some say its a sign of love.

I only see it as desire,
You are all I need, all I want.
You have what I crave,
And I wait.

I wait to look into your eyes,
To feel your arms around me,
To smell your scent about me.
I wait to hear your voice whisper my name.

And I shall continue to wait,
As long as there is a chance,
As long as there is hope.
I will wait in the night, in my dreams.

I suppose that is love,
This addiction I have to you.
I suppode I do love you,
But do you feel the same?
